“Now is the winter of our discontent/Made glorious summer”

This semester, my last semester with Jeff!  Trying to make the best of it, be awesome and on top of things so I can chill with him as much as possible.  We’re taking a class together (thus, the RIII quotation) and planning fun adventures (Canada!) for the semester.  Over winter break, I forbade myself from saying, “I can’t wait till…” so I remind myself to enjoy the moments I have with him!  I decided not even to say, “I can’t wait until the weather gets warm,” so I’m learning to appreciate the snow and winter too.  I can’t wait to go traying down Libe Slope =)  And I still remember the first time I saw bare trees crystallized in ice in Ith.  It was beautiful!  There’s an upside to everything.  So, I’m learning to live in the moment and be grateful for what I have.

I wish my to-do list looked more like this!  I have funding applications, planning, an econometrics problem set, cover letters, internship applications, laundry/cleaning, and reading/homework.

Although, to be fair, I will accomplish #s 1, 2, 4, and possibly 8 this weekend as well.  And, to be fairer, I have a double (triple?) date with Hui (& KT?) tonight (dinner and a movie!), along with the much-anticipated Cinco de Maya (si, el seis de febrero).  So my weekend might turn out to be amazing.
